Return/Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

 

We are happy to answer any questions related to Zeury Bliss products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of zeurybliss.com

  1. For returning the product customer have to inform Zeury Bliss within 24 hours from delivery and the ZeuryBliss will arrange the pickup.
  2. For all returns/cancellations made by the buyer within such stipulated time, Zeury Bliss will refund to the buyer in their bank account within 7 -8 business days.
  3. The ZeuryBliss must confirm the receipt of product to process refund to the buyer within 2 (two) days of receiving back. The refund in store credit will be processed in within 5 (five) working days of ZeuryBliss confirming that the product received is not used or tampered.
  4. The ZeuryBliss may extend the period of cancellation or return of product, at their mutual discretion.
  5. This Return/Cancellation policy shall be applicable only for customers who make an online purchase for the product through the Website.
  6. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact Customer Service representative at support@zeurybliss.com and inform them of the same.
  7. Zeury Bliss shall deliver product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by logging in your Zeury Bliss Account before dispatch of the product.
  8. Before accepting shipment of any product, please ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. In case the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will assure you refund upon such refused delivery
  9. Refund is processed once the returned item/s are received by Zeury Bliss in original packing. If the product is damaged, used or not in the original condition, then in that case no refund will be processed.

 

Defective/Damaged Merchandise

While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at support@zeurybliss.com and we would be happy to replace/refund for the same. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product.

 

 

When is Return/Replacement eligible?

Return / Replacement request are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return/replacement request by the respective Seller(s) and Return / Replacement and / or Refund shall be refused in case of the following cases:

  1. a) If it is determined that product is damaged while in your possession;
  2. b) Any product that has been used or washed or soiled or is returned without non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable);
  3. c) Any product not in its original condition;
  4. d) Any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  5. e) Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  6. f) The product is different from what was shipped to you;
  7. g) Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
  8. h) Product specified as non-returnable in the product details page

 

 

Notes:

Colors: Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
