What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are shown at the time of checkout of an order on total number of products to be delivered as per pin code.

Zeury Bliss may change the shipping/delivery charges without any prior notice.

 

Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

No, we don’t accept cash on delivery for any orders placed on Zeury Bliss

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered within 4-7 days from the order date or express selected at the time of checkout. While most items are delivered in 4-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is informed to customers by email or text message. Zeury Bliss is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 4-7 working days from the date of the order

 

How shipping charges are calculated?

The shipping charges is based on the weight of the products. For multiple products ordered, the website adds up the weight of all the individual products and charges accordingly

 

How will the delivery be done?

To ensure that your order reaches the customers in good condition and in the shortest span of time, Zeury Bliss ship through reputed courier agencies only such as Blue Dart, First Flight, Fedex, Delhivery, DHL etc.

  

How do I track my shipment?

Zeury Bliss uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation text within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation text will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

 

What pin codes the products are delivered?

We deliver across India; however, our product page will give customers the option to check the pin code availability.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and write us at support@zeurybliss.com immediately and mention your order ID and reason for the return.
